In this rough cut there is only one change to the edit which i made. The change is quite a big one however and does change the tone of the video. The edit i made was to put the whole video in black and white. The video does still look good in black and white however i do not prefer it to the coloured version. The reason for this is i think there are many nice shots which include nice colours which aren't shown in this version and it feels like it is missing something when watching it. You watch the video thinking that some of the shots would look good in colour which isn't the effect you want to give off with a black and white video. If i chose to use my black and white magazine poster and digipak then maybe it would have been a good idea to use this version of the video for the final one. But i decided to choose the other designs for the ancillary products which means that this video wouldn't have any strong links to them making it feel a bit out of place. I am happy that i tried out this version so i could make a clear decision on it and rule it out of my options.
